How can we help?
Last Entry is built and run by a small team in Sheffield. Whatever you need — a question about an order, help with your account, or a problem with a ticket — get in touch and a real person will get back to you.
We aim to reply within 1–2 working days. For an issue with a live event or a ticket that didn't work at the door, please say so in the subject line and we'll prioritise it.
To help us help you faster
When you email us, please include the email address on your Last Entry account, the event name, and an order reference or screenshot if your question is about a specific purchase or sale. Never share your password or full card details — we will never ask for them.
Frequently asked questions
Who can use Last Entry?
Last Entry is for verified students at the University of Sheffield and Sheffield Hallam University. You sign up with your university .ac.uk email so that everyone buying and selling is a genuine, verified student.
How does payment protection work?
When you buy a ticket, your payment is held securely and is not released to the seller until after the event. This means that if something goes wrong — for example, your ticket doesn't get you in — you can raise an issue and claim a refund rather than losing your money.
My ticket didn't work at the door. What do I do?
Open the app, go to the ticket, and report the problem straight away — ideally while you're still at the venue. You'll be asked for a quick bit of evidence so we can verify what happened. If it checks out, your refund is processed automatically; anything unclear is reviewed by our team. You can also email support@lastentry.org for help.
How much does Last Entry cost?
Tickets are always sold at or below face value. A small service fee is added for buyers, and sellers pay a small security fee, to cover payment protection and running the platform. Every fee is shown clearly before you confirm a purchase — you'll always see the exact total before you pay.
How do I sell a ticket?
Choose your event, upload your ticket, and set a price at or below face value. We check the ticket is genuine and not already listed, then it goes live for other students to buy. Once it sells and the event has passed, your payout is released.
How do I access, change, or delete my data?
You can request a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@lastentry.org from your registered address. See our Privacy Policy for full details of your rights.
I think a listing or user is fraudulent.
Please report it to us at support@lastentry.org with as much detail as you can. Keeping the marketplace safe is the whole point of Last Entry, and we act quickly on reports of suspicious activity.
